After the success of the WSW Pap Campaign, we realised that trans guys also need to look after their cervical health. Working with members of the WSWPap campaign working group, we worked to start a dialogue with trans guys to talk about sexual health, while challenging health practitioners to create safe, trans-inclusive spaces.
We were proud to see this campaign through from strategy through production. Deliverables included posters, postcards, tip sheets, rub-on tattoos and a website, found at checkitoutguys.ca.
The Check It Out Guys campaign was the 2010 winner of the Trans Guys Community Award for Best Action Campaign.
