Equitable Access to Home and Community Care

Client: Wellesley Institute

Video & motion

A part of the Wellesley Institute’s Junior Fellowship projects, Equitable Access to Home and Community Care is a study that identifies barriers and challenges in accessing publicly funded home and community care and informal caregiver support for older women and their caregivers in the GTA.

With the aim of sharing their research findings, Wellesley Institute partnered with The Public to create an animated, multilingual video honouring the struggles faced by Ontario’s multi-faceted aging population. The stories in this video have been informed by the older women and family caregivers within their focus groups.
